I started Red Cape Media because every organization—regardless of size—should be routinely and consistently communicating the value of what they offer.
I’ve been doing this work since 1999—across in-house, agency, and freelance roles—which means I’ve seen how digital communication has evolved and what actually works over time. While working as an art director for Fortune 500 brands, I saw how quickly digital tools and platforms were evolving. These companies were building targeted audiences, testing ideas, and gathering data in real time—far more efficiently than traditional marketing ever allowed.
When I shifted to consulting, I saw a pattern: smaller organizations often assumed this kind of work was out of reach. They didn’t have the staff or budget, and many didn’t know where to begin. I built Red Cape to bridge that gap. You don’t need a full-time hire to do this work—you need someone who understands how to make it work without wasting time or money.
At CVS Health, I was a member of the Design Operation team, responsible for the software, documentation, organization of digital artifacts inside a digital group of more than 500 people. That experience taught me what actually matters at scale: clarity, consistency, and keeping teams focused on their core work.
